​French anti-terrorism authorities have arrested three suspects in connection with a foiled bomb attack on Bank of America’s Paris headquarters, after police officers on an overnight protective patrol intercepted two individuals attempting to ignite a crude incendiary device outside the building near the Champs-Elysees, as France’s interior minister pointed to possible Iranian involvement while cautioning that no conclusion had been reached.
